For cases beyond 14 days where you request a refund due to a broken or faulty product, we kindly request that you substantiate the damage and provide an explanation for the delay. Please note that Australian Consumer Law places no time limit on refunds for items arriving in a defective condition.

Refunds are not applicable if 14 days have passed and:
